Eddisons rectified a damaged roof at Yarborough Academy following substantial water leaking in and throughout the entire building, obtaining £500,000 in CIF funding for the project.

Eddisons were appointed by an academy trust in Sunderland to oversee the design and project management of an academy extension, creating a Head Office with integrated training room facilities.

Eddisons Education Team secured Condition Improvement Funding (CIF) to replace a dilapidated modular building used as a classroom.

Joseph Swan Academy approached Eddisons for CIF application assistance after numerous unsuccessful attempts. £800,000 was obtained to fund the project before Eddisons led the project to replace their single glazed curtain walling system.

Eddisons secured over £1.2m in CIF funding to replace failing roofs and windows at Woldgate School, improving safety, energy efficiency and learning conditions while managing works in a live school environment.

Brighouse School in West Yorkshire needed to replace the school roof and contacted Eddisons to submit a CIF funding application. After recieving £900,000, the existing roofs were stripped to install a new felt waterproofing system.

Eddisons conducted full inspections of every building including educational buildings, student accommodation, sports facilities and specialist residential facilities. We now continue to provide Insurance valuation update advice on an annual basis.

The University of Bolton approached Eddisons to assist with the whole scale demolition and site clearance at one of the university's redundant sites, in preparation for a £60m redevelopment of the site.
